Technologies, Dynavar Networking, and Covad Communications.

Frank holds M.B.A. and M.I.S. degrees from Aurora University. He also has a B.S.
degree in Economics from University of Wisconsin - Platteville and several
certificates in digital networking, IT security, and IT auditing from Waubonsee
Community College and the Computer Institute.
